Harbord Hotel is renowned for being the best place to meet up with mates on ANZAC Day and has been proudly hosting the best games of two-up for decades. Our carpark comes alive from 10am till dusk, alongside our legend of a host Statsy. Statsy, our bottle shop manager, never fails to rev up the crowd.
Our Anzac day features cracking live tunes and our famous carpark BBQ. Serving up loaded hot dogs and cold beers all day long. This year, to pay respect to our fallen heroes we had a special marching band parade through our crowds.
Harbord Hotel for ANZAC Day, everyone’s favourite cult beer and “cold gold” can, KB Lager, was back for one day only.
We had tons of KB lager to share around on the day. Heavy with heritage, this beer added a smidge of nostalgia to the day.
KB was first brewed in Sydney Tooth & Co’s Kent Brewery in 1918. The “cold gold” dominated the 70s and 80s and became the dominant beer in NSW. It was then sadly discontinued a decade ago.
