We’ve partnered with Bush to Bowl to curate a five course tasting menu incorporating Australia’s native plants and foods, inspired by traditional Aboriginal knowledge and culture.

Proceeds from the night will go towards Bush to Bowl, a local social enterprise aimed at creating a healing space and platform for First Nations people by connecting to Country and their traditional foodways.
